The revolution has stalled in recent weeks, which has seen City deservedly fall down to seventh position in the league, albeit on the same points as the three teams above them. With games against the top teams on the horizon, a win on Sunday against Alan Curbishley's side is an absolute must if we are to keep up our hopes of European football next year.
While City remain unbeaten at Eastlands, West Ham have five wins, one draw and four defeats from their ten away games so far this season. City have already beaten West Ham once in the league this season, thanks to goals from Bianchi and Geovanni on the opening day at Upton Park. Last season's corresponding fixture saw the Blues record a very rare 2-0 home victory, courtesy of an even rarer brace from the Greek Tragedy himself, Gorgeous Georgios.
MCFC Dubai will be meeting as usual from 7pm at the Players' Lounge bar in Bur Dubai's Chelsea Hotel to watch this match live on the big screen with English commentary. Wigan host Everton at 5.30pm (Dubai time) in the day's other mouthwatering fixture!!
