Well, it's been one of those weeks that City fans know all too well. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, chaos from the jaws of stability, and despair from the jaws of sanity. Welcome to the world of Manchester City Football Club.It hardly seems worth mentioning anymore, but the Blues travel to Anfield this weekend to face a Liverpool side that will be smarting after exiting the Champions League last week to Chelsea.
Whatever Thaksin has in store for us, the fans will continue to support the club, as the only thing worse than a life with City continuously dishing up disappointment, is a life without City at all.
So let's push aside the turmoil of this past week for a few hours and back the boys as they seek to overturn the Scouse rags at Anfield. Kick-off is at 7.00pm (Dubai time) and MCFC Dubai will be meeting as usual in the Players' Lounge at Bur Dubai's Chelsea Hotel. See you there.
